          Job Details:
          Summary:Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients of all ages including adolescents, adults and geriatric patients who are referred; Evaluates the Occupational Therapy needs of the patient; Develops goals and treatment plan in conjunction with the patient and family/significant other; Implements treatment program; Provides education to patients, families and caregivers; Supervises Occupational Therapy students and support staff in compliance with hospital, state and national regulatory policies.

          Education:Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association; Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist.

          Licensure:License and/or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist from the Department of Health, Division of Professional Regulation, State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations. Access to reliable transportation in order to service off site locations/home evaluations.

          Experience:Experience in physical disabilities setting with relevant field work and Outpatient work experiencepreferred.
